LEG CUT WITH AXE
[by TELEGRAPH—OWN correspondent] WAIHI, Wednesday Wliilo Maurice Addy, aged 17, was cutting down nikau palms for decorative purposes yesterday afternoon in the bush behind Waihi his axe slipped, inflicting a gash in the left leg just above the knee and severing an artery. Addy received medical attention before being removed to hospital. His condition is aot serious.
