PENSIONERS' COMPETITION

Sir, —I am pleased that your correspondent "Citizen" again brings up the question of superannuitants taking up other paid jobs after retirement. Although a superannuitant myself, I consider it a most selfish thing for a man to do, cutting another man out of a job, especially now when work is so hard to get. Perhaps the Government, on seeing how matters stand, intend stopping the practice. Superannuitant.
