Aug. 4 Tho Moscow correspondent of the Daily Telegraph reports that alarming facts have been published regarding the chaos in the great wheat belts of the Ukraine, North Caucasus and Odessa. Tho crops are excellent but harvesting is hopelessly behind. In some cases not more than 30 per cent of the grain will bo harvested and in others practically none, owing to muddle and the sabotaging of reapers.
