BRIDGE EVENING
FUNCTION AT BELMONT The first of a series of bridge evenfngs in aid of funds for St. Michael s and All Angels' Anglican Church at Belmont, was held in the Parish Hall on Wednesday evening. The committee in charge of each bridge evening will comprise Mrs. C. Taylor, Mrs. Buckley, Mrs. Osmers, Mrs. H. Ball, Miss Joy Verran, Miss I. Taylor Mr. Buckley, Mr. Taylor, Mr. Ball, Mr. A. Deacon and Mr. Osmers. The hostess for the evening was Mrs. W. Piggott. Supper was served by the committee. Among the players were Mrs. A. J. Edwards. Mrs. J. A. Edwards, Mrs. C. Taylor, Mrs. Ogilvie, Mrs. Buckley, Mrs. Lonergan, . Mrs- Seaton, Mrs. Osmers, Mrs. C. Buchanan. Mrs. McCullpugh, Dr. H. J. C. Wilkie, Miss Taylor and Miss J. Verran. Prizes were won by Dr. Wilkie ajid Mr. Buckley.
