WALKER AND COUNT VARGA V An exceptionally hard and thrilling contest is anticipated at the Town Hall next Monday evening, when George Walker, the British Empire and New Zealand champion, and Count Varga, the Hungarian, will meet under the control of the Auckland Wrestling Association. The meeting of these two wrestlers has been keenly awaited by followers of .the sport in Auckland, and it seems, from the performances to date., of both men, that a herculean struggle will take place. Count Varga will be making his first appearance, in Auckland, but, since his arrival in New Zealand, he ho* been ■competing with outstanding success in other centres.
