THE HOMEWARD JOURNEY NEW YORK, July 2G A message from Shoal Harbour, Newfoundland, states that 23 of tlio Italian seaplanes arrived there to-day from Sliediae, Labrador. One was forced down at Victoria Harbour, Prince Edward Island.
