BLIND PROFESSOR A 10,000 WORD SPEECH (Received July 2G, 11.5 p.m.) LONDON, July 2G Professor T. Gillman Moorland, the new president of the British Medical Association, who is blind, at a meeting in Dublin, delivered an address of 10,000 words from memory. Those who followed printed copies of the address were astonished at his fidelity to the 1 text. The speaker dealt with quackery, which lie described as being still rampant.
