A MORNING TEA
A pleasant function took place at the Tudor Tea Rooms yesterday morning, when over .10 members of tho Harbour Lights Guild, Missions to Seamen, met to welcome homo their president, Mrs. Prebton Chambers, who has been spending a holiday in Australia. Mrs. Lyon Berthon, the act-ing-president, welcomed Mrs. Clumbers in a very happy speech, and in her reply Mrs. Chambers mentioned her experiences in visiting Missions to Seamen Institutes in Sydney and Brisbane. Mrs. Bowden paid a tribute to Mrs. Berthon's skilful management during thr; president's absence. The tables wore bright with Iceland poppies, and both Mrs. Chambers and Mrs. Berthon were presented with charming posies by Mrs. Morley Bell.
