The following officers were elected: — President, Mr. C. S. Donovan; vicepresident, Mr. F. W. Hetherington: treasurer, Mr. F. B. Claxton; member! of tho council, Messrs. F. S. Miller, E. C. Brown and J. W: Danbv.
