INFANT'S FATAL DRINK
CONCLUSION OF INQUEST The adjourned inquest concerning the death in tho Auckland Hospital on May 25 of a child aged one year and 11 months, John Graham ituklnmlor, was concluded before Mr. W. I{. McKean, S.M-, coroner, yesterday. On the afternoon prior to its death the child drank from a bottl-i of neuralgia medicine, which it took from tho dressing table in tho bedroom of its mother, Mrs. Mary Raklander, of 10 L Cook Street, Freeman's Day. The coroner returned a verdict that deatli was due to morphia poisoning, caused by inadvertently drinking part of tho contents of tho bottlo of neuralgia medicine.
