MISSION OF MR. FORBES PRELIMINARY NEGOTIATIONS [BY TELEGRAPH PRESS ASSOCIATION'] WELLINGTON, Tuesday While returning to New Zealand the Prime Minister, Mr. Forbes, will spend over two weeks in America. While there it is understood he will discuss a number of important questions with the Tnited States Government, thus paving the way for possible trade agreements betweem the United States and Inew Zealand. . Jt is not expected that Mr. Forbes will be able to complete negotiations. Jt may be necessary, therefore, o tinno detailed discussions at a date.
