RULE FOR CIVIL SERVANTS The Premier of Western Australia, Mr. P. Collier, announced recently that regulations prohibiting civil servants from doing work outside their departments, except by special permit, would bo enforced rigidly in the future. Tho Government, he said, had received many complaints that civil servants were engaging in work outside their departments on Saturdays and in the evenings. With so many persons out of work, permits would bo "issued only in cases where it was decided that they wore justifiable.
