Gloucester: First innings, 187 (Dacre 54, Hammond 55; E. Hollies eight for 54); second, three for 89. Gloucester won by seven wickets. Somerset v. Hampshire. —Somerset: First innings, 317 (Case 132), Hampshire: First innings, seven for 275. The match was drawn. Kent v. Surrey.—Kent: First iunings, 251 (Gover six for 82); second, six tor 377, declared (Ames 137, Todd 121). Surrey: First innings, 261 (Hobbs 101, Sandhnm 70); second, 152 (Freeman five for 56). Kent won by 215 runs. . Middlesex v. Yorkshire. —Middlesex: First innings, 305 (Hearne, 79; Verity six for 103); second, 114 (Macaulay seven for 52). Yorkshire: First innings, 367 (Sutcliffe 177; Sims five for 69); second, none for 53. Yorkshire won by 10 wickets. Derby v. Sussex.—Derby: First innings, 158 (Tate four for 29); second, 195 (.Tames Langridgo five for 63). Sussex: First innings, 284 (H. Parks 122; Mitchell five for 74); second, four for 72. Sussex won by six wickets. Notts v. Lancashire.—Notts: First innings, eight for 276, declared (Walker 103). Lancashire: First innings, four for 205. The match was drawn. Northants v. Worcester.—Northants: First innings, 357 (Liddell 113). Worcester: First innings, 138 (Jupp five for 51) ; follow-on, 166. Northants won by an innings and 53 runs.
