INTERNATIONAL BOARD EMPIRE DISSATISFACTION LONDON, July 18 Sporting Life states that as a result of recent happenings Britain may shortly find herself playing international Rugby Union matches only between England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales. It is useless for the so-called International Board to remain blind to the spirit of unrest existing everywhere in the Empire, says the paper. New Zealand is sending representatives to South Africa, which is already conferring with Australia in a final effort to make the International Board see reason in the Empire's justifiable efforts to obtain representation 011 the board, on which unfortunately England is no longer the dominating power. When the Empire's three greatest Rugby countries meet they will probably decide to ostracise the Home unions, unless they are treated with ordinary courtesy and consideration.
