PROHIBITION REPEAL
VOTING IN AMERICA MORE STATES IN FAVOUR NEW YORK, July 18 Incomplete but representative returns indicate that Alabama and Arkansas have ratified tho repeal of prohibition by subsantial majorities. This makes a total of 18 States that have voted to abolish prohibition. As both tho States named are located in tho traditionally " dry " south tho " wets " view the results as an assurance of the eventual repeal of prohibition before the end of tho year.
