GERMAN IN SYDNEY FEELING AGAINSf OWN LAND SYDNEY, July 19 The.German stowaway Adolf Loewc, who was charged at the Central Court, Sydney, to-day with being a prohibited immigrant, was sentenced to imprisonment for six months. The magistrate remarked that any sentence lie imposed could be served only until Loewc was deported to Germany. Loewe stated: "I am determined not to return unless force is used." The cablegram no doubt refers to the 21-year-old German, I'ritz Adolf Kreuzer (known also as Loewe), who on June 16 jumped overboard from the Matson liner Mariposa when she was leaving Auckland for Sydney, and swam ashore. After nearly a month in Mount Eden gaol ho was deported on the company's liner Monterey to Sydney.
