PREMIUM BONDS
Sir, —Ancnt "Holder's" inquiry as to payment of interest on premium bonds. A recent lodgment of coupons with my bankers for collection of interest returned me nothing, the proceeds having been absorbed by the expenses incurred by the foreign agents of my bank. The present market price of the Yillo de Paris, Congo and Panama Canal bonds in French francs is BG, 115 and 124.50 respectively. Hoc eful.
