DUNEDIN APPOINTMENT [BY TELEGKAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION] DUNEDIN. Wednesday The Diinedin City Council this evening appointed Mr. A. D. Mcintosh, of the staff of the New Zealand Parliamentary Library, city librarian. Mr. Mcintosh last year was p-anted a travelling library fellowship by the Carnegie Corporation, and during the past 15 months lias been studying library work in the United States and Great Britain.
