The hounds worked well and the weather was beautifully fine. The exhibition of jumping was good and the sport was greatly enjoyed by numerous followers from the Rotorna, Whakntane, PaengAroa. Te Puke, Papamon and Te Puna districts. Many spectators also motored from Tauranga and at, the close of the day's sport all were entertained to light refreshment® at the racecourse.
