CHARGE OF ASSAULT
Charged with indecent assault on a girl aged nine years, Arthur Lewis Cummings, aged 61, appeared in the Otahuhu Police Court yesterday, before Mr. C. R. Petrie, J.P. Accused was remanded until Monday. Bail was allowed in the sum 'of £IOO, with two sureties pf £IOO each.
