WITHDRAWAL OF TROOPS OBSERVANCE OF ARMISTICE (Received June 14, 7.45 p.m.) TOKIO, Juno 14 Official advices state that the Chincso arc faithfully executing the terms of the armistice and withdrawing their troops. Twenty divisions of the Chinese Central Army still remain near Pelting, partly owing to traffic, limitations, possibly also with the object of counteracting the machinations of Feng YuHsiang. The Japanese withdrawal to tho Great Wall will bo completed shortly. Foreign diplomats express satisfaction at the arrangements for policing the evacuated territory.
