PREDICTION POSSIBLE OPINION OF A SCIENTIST VANCOUVER, May 30 "The time is not far distant when it will bo possible to predict earthquakes the same as weather," said Dr. Frank D. Adams, dean of applied science in McGill University, who is in Victoria, British Columbia, to attend a science conference.
