Rehearsals are to be commenced this week for the 50 debutantes who are to be formally presented toi Bishop Listen at the Catholic Chanty Ball to be held in the Town Hah on Wednesday, June 14 The regulations for the ball state that the dress of the debutante is to be either of white or cream-coloured silk or satin, with S?1 shoes to match, ctrrv a Victorian posy.
