i The annual meeting of tlio Ponsonby Croquet Club 'was held in the club s pavilion recently. The president, Mrs. Horsier, presided. The report and balance-sheet, were road and adopted, "frizes ver/e presented. The election of officers resulted: — President, Mrs. Horsey ("re-elect"!]); vice-presidents, Miss Burton an/j Mrs. Foster; secretary and treasurer. Mrs. Healey; committee, Aire. Ailebeson, Mrs. Sneddon, Mrs. 'Sreen, Mr.->. lv.ans and Miss Tnrking•i«n; match cnmniittce. Mrs. "Evans. Mrs. Green and Mrs. Healey: tea committee, Mesdames Lncsna (convener*, Holland and Miss Turkington; delegates to the Auckland » Association, -llesdames Green and Healey.
