FARMERS AND EXCHANGE
Sir, —I notice that Mr.. Ross in his presidential address at the annual conference of the Auckland branch of the New Zealand Farmers' Union at \Vhangarei is still harping over the exchange rate, and that he finds out now that the majority of farmers did not want it. Well, will Mr. Koss explain why so many farmers resigned from the union recently owing to the opposition shown by Mr. Ross and his executive council in connection therewith? 1 am a farmer, and I say, let tho exchange stand. Silvehdale.
