HAMILTON, Tuesday At the annual meeting of subscribers to the Frankton Library a report was received stating that the number of subscribers was 322, and that 38,485 books were issued during the vear. The library contained 7052 volumes. The financial position was described as satisfactory. Those elected to the committee were:—Messrs. A. J. Denz (chairman), A. G. Sanford (secretary), J. Gilbert, E. Pointon, D. D. Wilson and J. Jebson.
