COURT LIST NOT HEAVY [from OUlt OWN correspondent! HAMILTON, Tuesday A list of seven criminal cases was presented to the grand jury for consideration at the opening of the Hamilton Supreme Court to-day. Mr. Justice Herdman presided. His Honor said ho was glad to say the criminal list was neither long nor serious. It must bo a source of gratification to those who resided in the Waikato that serious crime was little m evidence at present, said His Honor.
