WAITOMO BERTHED The Union Company's steamer Waitomo, which has been sold to Eastern buyers, was removed to Western Wharf yesterday afternoon to uniirso overhaul and nurvey. She will be docked for cleaning and inspection next Monday. i FRENCH WAR SLOOP ARRIVED The French war sloop Savorgpan de Brazza arrived from Apia yesterday morning and berthed at Central Wharf. _ The vessel is on a prolonged cruise and is en route to French Indo-China, where she is to be stationed. She will be 11 days in port. THE REMUERA The New Zealand Shipping Company's liner Remuera is du» at Wellington from Lyttelton to-day to continue loading. Her other loading ports are Napier and Auckland. She is scheduled to clear Auckland for London, via Panama, on June 10. THE MONTEREY The Oceanic Company's liner Monterey will leave Sydney for Los Angeles and San Francisco, via Auckland, Suva, Pago Pago and Honolulu, to-day. The vessel is due at about 6even o'clock on Saturday morning and she is to resume her voyage at one o'clock the same afternoon. THE CITY OF TOKIO The A', and A. Line's chartered steamer City of Tokio arrived from America and Gulf of Mexico ports yesterday morning and berthed nt Queen's Wharf. Her arrival was delayed by a succession of westerly gales and rough head eeas experienced during the last six days of the voyage. The vessel has lubricating oil from Philadelphia, general cargo from New York, tobacco from Newport News, lubricating oil from Port Arthur, and oil and asphalt from Tampico. She is to resume her voyage to Wellington, Lyttelton. Dunedin and Australia at five o'clock this evening. WANGANELLA'S TIME-TABLE The Huddart-Parker motor-ehip nella arrived at Sydney from Auckland at six o'clock yesterday morning. She is to sail on Friday for Wellington, where she is due next Monday afternoon; According to an announcement in a Sydney shipping newspaper, the vessel in future will leave Sydney for Auckland at 2.30 p.m. on Saturday instead of Friday, and will leave Sydney for Wellington at noon on Fridays.
