SHIPPING DELAYED
ROUGH WEATHER IN SOUTH [BY TELEGRAPH PRESS ASSOCIATION] WELLINGTON, Monday Bad weather is holding up shipping movements in Wellington, arrivals and departures being alfected by fog, rain and wind. Heavy seas are reported to be running in C'ook Strait. The Royal Mail liner Makura, from San Francisco, arrived at 8.25 a.m. today, two and a-half hours late.
