NO RIGHT IN CANBERRA Ail application for permission to brew beer in Canberra has been rejected by the Federal Cabinet. The Prime Minister, Lyons, explained that the liquor ordinance for the Federal Capital Territory did not provide for the gran tine of licences to brew beer and spirituous liquors.
