UNDEFENDED DIVORCE
An undefended petition for divorce on the ground of misconduct, which was adjourned from Thursday, came before Mr. Justice Smith in the Supreme Court yesterday. Petitioner was Grace Ellen Becher (Mr. Hamp--80n), who proceeded against Charles Joseph Becher. His Honor granted a decree nisi, to be made absolute in three months.
