DEAD JAPANESE GENERAL MEMORIAL TO MOUSTACHES LONDON, April, 26 The world's strangest memorial service followed the death of the veteran General Nagaoka, says the Toku> correspondent of the Daily Mail. While the bodv was awaiting cremation, tne general's son, conforming to the wishes of his father's friends, cut off the famous 20in. moustaches, and a special memorial service was held for them. The moustaches were afterwards interred in a mound prepared <by -he family and the general s comrades.
