OLYMPIC GAMES
POSSIBLE CANCELLATION GERMANY AND JEWS BERLIN, April 20 Olympic circles aro apprenhensive that the persecution of Jews in Germany may cause the Olympic committee to cancel the Games fixed for Berlin in 1936. The secretary of the Athletic Federation, nevertheless, promises that every Olympic competitor will be cordially treated, irrespective of race or colour. It is not for Germany to decide who shall come. The domestic ban on Jewish competitors, says the official, does not concern other nations.
