EXTRACTS FROM THE HERALD TWO SERIOUS FIRES The following are- from the New Zealand Herald of April 23, 1883: A fire broke out three days ago at the Provincial Parliament House at Quebec, and spread with such rapidity that the whole building was gutted before the flames could be got under. It has been proved that the tire was caused by a Fenian, hut the perpetrator of the outrage has not been arrested. A most disastrous fire occurred, at Delhi. The conflagration extended rapidly, and covered an immense area. Fully 2000 houses have been destroyed. The authorities have closed the University of Warsaw in consequence of a serious revolt among the students.
