Salmon, sole selector of the New Zealand team, will announce hi 3 team tonight. Internal arrangements in tho Navy were' gjca the cause of the non-entry of a'Navy team in the competitions. The previous decision of the board to ad-'^:; here to /eight teams in the senior grade was reopened. New Lynn brought forward additional data, which caused a prolonged and deliberative discussion, which ended in the entries in the senior grade being ruined to ten. This decision resulted in New Lynn and Abels being admitted te senior status. The amended 01 aw will be announced at the seven-a-sido tournament on Saturday next. .
