ANZAC DAY COMMEMORATION A NZA^ ]) A Y, A PRIL 25, 1933 - EIGHTEENTH ANNIVERSARY OF THE LANDING OF THE NEW ZEALAND FORCES ON GALLIPOLI PENINSULA. COMMEMORATIVE SERVICE AT 11 A.M. TOWN HALL. A Service, commemorativo of the New Zealanders who fell in the Great War, will be held on TUESDAY. APRIL 25. 1933, at the Town Hall, Auckland, at 11 o'clock a.m. The Service will be conducted by HIS WORSHIP THE MAYOR OF AUCKLAND (Presiding). HIS GRACE THE PRIMATE AND ARCHBISHOP, The Most Rev. A. W. Averill, D.D., THE REV. A. V. WHITING, late City of London Royal Field Artillery, THE REV. H. K. VICKERY, Chaplain, R.N.V.R. Doors will be open at 10.15 a.m. for admission of next-of-kin who, upon application, may obtain admission tickets to the Gallery from the Secretary, Returned Soldiers' Association, Fort Street, Auckland. Seats will be reserved for ticket-holders until 10.45 a.m., when the public will be admitted. The Ground Floor will be reserved for Returned Soldiers, and their wives and children, and Veterans. A number of seats will also be available for the public on the ground floor. CENOTAPH—WAR MEMORIAL MUSEUM A Ceremony will be held at the Cenotaph in front of the War Memorial Museum at 3 o'clock p.m., when official wreaths will be deposited; this will be followed by the laying of wreaths by next-of-kin arid citizens. Those desiring to lay official wreaths are required to notify the Secretary of the Returned Soldiers' Association, Fort Street, who will issue a card which is to be handed over at the approach to the Cenotaph. Seats (not exceeding 100 in number) will be placed within the Cenotaph Enclosure for the use of elderly mothers of fallen soldiers, tickets for which may be obtained from the Secretary of the Returned Soldiers' Association. WAIKUMETE CEMETERY: _ A Service, presided over by the Chairman, Glen Eden Town Board, will be held at the Soldiers' Memorial, Wailuimete Cemetery, at 3 o'clock p.m. SECONDARY SCHOOLS: A Service will also be held at the Town Hall at 1.30 p.m. for Scholars attending the various Secondary Schools in Auckland and district.
