j", youth admits charge fsY TELEGRAPH—OWN CORRESPONDENT] DARGAVILLE, Wednesday A Maori youth, Johnny King, pleaded guilty before Mr. F. A. Jones and Mr. I. J. Hosking, J.P.'s, in the Police Court this.morning to a charge of attempted- breaking and entering the premises of George Kow Foy in Victoria Street. In evidence, Kow Foy said he heard a noise at the back of the shop after retiring.- Suspecting burglary ho proceeded to neighbouring premises from which he called up the police who discovered the accused standing by a back .window. Accused, who was recently released on probation from the Borstal Institution, was further charged with failing to comply with the terms and conditions of his release. He was committed to the Supreme Court for sentence on both charges.
