OVERCOMING PROBLEMS RESPONSIBILITIES OF OFFICE [BY TELEGRAPH—PRESS ASSOCIATION] CHRISTCHURCH, Tuesday " During my period of responsibility difficult times have been with us. Somebody has to ho blamed for them and that person is me," said the Prime Minister; the Rt. Hon. G. W. Forbes, during a visit to tho Waikari sports yesterday. " It it is only the blame then it does not matter," added Mr. Forbes, " for we shall see things through. We have problems, but they can be overcome—they are merely to test us and find out what stamina wo have."
