Piirsuant to an Order of the Chancery Division of the High Court of Justice dated January >4. 1929, and made in re Lydia Thomas, deceased (late of 7 Cathles Rd., Balham, in the County of Surrey, England, and who died on July 30, 1925, intestate), 1923, T 1824, certain inquiries were directed as to the persons who upon the deatli of the said Lydia Thomas became entitled to her real and personal estate. Any child or issue of the said Lydia Thomas, the intestate, is wanted. The said Intestate's parents were John Thomas and Elizabeth Martha Thomas, nee Nash. The said John Thomas was the Son of one James Thomas, an excavator, and was married at St. Giles in the Fields, London, England. His heir at law is wanted. The said intretate had a brother, Frederick, who was last heard of in Balham about 45 years ago, and is believed to have bten a Valet. Lydia Jane Nash, a Sister of the intestate's Mother, is believed to have died before 1872, unmarried. She lived at one time at Balham.
