PROPOSED RESTRICTION THE ANTI-DUMPING BILL (Received April 16, 5.5 p.m.) CALCUTTA, April 15 The Government of India shortly will introduce a bill in the Legislature to restrict tea exports in accordance with an agreement reached among the producers of India, Ceylon, and tho Dutch East Indies. , , . , The Anti-Dumping Bill which is directed principally against Japan was passed by tho Legislative Assembly without division. NEW ORDINANCE CONTROL IN CEYLON CALCUTTA. April 4 A tea export control will bo introduced by the Ceylon State Council on April 20. Meanwhile, estates aro clearing existing stocks and 500 tons of tea are being unloaded daily in Colombo from up-country estates.
