HOLIDAY BURGLARY
STORE AT PAPAIOJRA ACCESS BY SKYLIGHT r — Js * GOODS WORTH £6O STOLEN Goods valued at about £6O were stolen from the Papakura branch of the Farmers' Trading Company by thieves who entered the building between Thursday evening and Saturday' evening. Entrance was gained through a skylight. The theft was discovered by tha manager, Mr. S. Evans, who went to the store at 7.30 p.mi on Saturday. The shop had not been open since Thursday evening. Mr. Evans found the interior in disorder, and goods from the shelves scattered over the floor. The goods stolen included a quantity of tobacco, several pairs of boots, ties, clothing and drapery. Police investigations were in progress over the week-end.
