TOWN CLERK OF THAMES
MR. A v CHAPMAN RESIGNS [BY TELEGRAM —OWN CORRESPONDENT] THAMES, Thursday The town clerk of Thames, Mr. Arthur Chapman, has resigned. His resignation will take effect from April 80. Mr. Chapman has been town clerk since 1909, having resigned from the Bank of New Zealand to take that position. He has always been esteemed for his .courtesy and unfailing attention to his duties.
