WELFARE LEAGUE
NORTHCOTE ORGANISATION The annual meeting of the Northcote Welfare League was held • last evening. Mrs. A. J. Beck presided. The election of officers resulted:— Patron, Mr. A. Harris, M.P.; patronesses, Mrs. L. S. Maxwell, Mrs. E. A. Lepper; president, Mrs. A. J. Beck. Tho following were invited to become vice-presidents:—Mrs. J. W. Court, Mrs. J. Potter, Mrs. H.
