Taylor, by 30 points to 14.' ; CHAMPIONSHIP IN NORTH [from OUR OWN correspondent] WHANG AREI, Monday The semi-final of the competitions for the North' Auckland championship banner, played under the auspices of the North Auckland Bowling Association, was completed on Saturday afternoon. A, full-rink team representing the Hikurangi Bowling, Club, winner of the central section, met a team representing the Maungaturoto Bowling Club, winner of the southern section, the former winning by 29 points to 18.' The J match was played on the Kensington Bowling Club's green in perfect weather.. Hikurangi will meet last year's holders, Kaikohe, in the final on the latter's green at an early date.
