SCOUTS' JAMBOREE
DOMINION REPRESENTATIVE [from our own correspondent] HAMILTON, Monday Tho Now Zealand representative selected by the Dominion headquarters of tho Boy Scouts' Association to attend the world jamboree of Boy Scouts to bo held in Hungary in August, Scoutmaster George Ivan Clark, of Hamilton, is the eldest son of Mr. A. R. Clark, of Hamilton. Mr. Clark was born in Hamilton 20 .years ago, and was educated at tho Fairfield school and at St. Andrew's College, Cliristehureh. On leaving collego in 1927, Mr. Clark joined the C'laudelands troop. Ho becamo patrollender, and in 1929-ho was transferred to tho First Frankton Troop as assistant scoutmaster. Ho became scoutmaster in 1931, and organised a troop in the St. Peter's area. St. Peter's troop this year Avon the district banner. Mr. Clark leaves Hamilton early in June to join the Australian contingent taking part in tho jamboree. His brother Rex was a New Zealand representative at tho last world jamboree held in England in 1929.
