TE AROHA CLUB [from our own corhesi'ondent] TE AROHA, Saturday The annual meeting of the To Aroha Hockey Club, at which there was a fair attendance* was presided ever by Mr. W. S. Harvey. The balance-sheet showed a small credit balance. The following officers were elected:— Patron, Mr. R. Coulter; president, Mr. D'. Kenrick; vice-presidents, Messrs. S. Ilnrvey, E. Jones, C. Morrison, H. Ward, W. C. Kennedy, A. D. Wallace, W. Emmett and Dr. W. R. Lawrence; secretary and treasurer. Mr. J. Wyatt; manager, Mr. W. S. Harvey; auditor, Mr. M. H. Hume; delepates to association, Messrs. W. Harvey, R. Peatson and the secretary; selector. Mr. 11. Ward; executive, Messrs. D. Kenrick, J. Wyatt, W. Harvey, R. Peatson and H. Ward. " MORRINSVILLE LADIES' CLUB [from our, own correspondent] ' MORRINSVILLE, Saturday There was a good attendance at the annual meeting of the Morrinsville Ladies' Hockey Club. The club wns runner-up in the Piako Hockey Association's ladies' competition last season. The following officers were elected;— Patron, Mr. E. Fenton; president, Mrs. T. E. Pole; vice-presidents, Mesdames Glimmer, Dendy, Morrow, Larner, Seville, Misses N. G. Philpott, W. C. Cargill and W. C. Kennedy (Te Aroha); secretary and treasurer, Miss B. Gibb; captain. Miss M„ Clark; vicccaptain, Miss E. Ilarnett; management committee, Misses E. Arndt, M. Arndt, I. Pryor, I). Currall, G. Dike and A. Ferguson; selectors, Misses Clark, Gibb and Harnett: delegates to Piako Hockey Association, Misses Clark and Gibb. TAURANGA ASSOCIATION [by telegraph OWN correspondent] TAURANGA, Saturday Thoro was a large attendance nt the annual meeting of the Tauranga Hockey Association. The president's report stated the past season had been very successful. The bal-ance-sheet disclosed a credit balance of £]|. The following officers „were elected:—Patron, Mr. W. S. Harris; president, Mr. A. Stewart; vice-presidents, Mesdames J. C. Jones and R. Foster, Messrs. R. Bamberry, 11. P. Butts, K. L. Car.nell, Q. A. Avey, C. F. J. Biggs, H. E. Olding and F. E. Boyd; secretary and treasurer, Mr. B. Gifford; assistant-secretary and treasurer, Mr. H. Neon. It was decided that the executive committee should include the president, two vice-presidents, the secretary and assistantsecretary, a member of the Referees' • Association, and one reprcscntatvio from each club. It was decided that the season bo opened on April 19 and take the form o[ n gala day. Five a-side match.es will be played and outside teams will be nsked to compete. As in previous years, three rounds are to be played for the Innes and Harris Cups, which are trophies for the association's maiti competition. The meeting decided to engage the Domain for the association's annual Kent and Handle Cup competitions on June 3.
