COLOURS FOR LICENCE YEAR [BY TEIJSQRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION] WELLINGTON, Friday The prescribed colours for the figures on indication discs, in terms of last year's heavy motor vehicle regulations, are gazetted for the licence year commencing on June 1 next as follows:—For No. 1 (indicating first quarter), cobalt blue; No. 2 (second quarter), scarlet; No. 3 (third quarter),'emerald; No. 4 (fourth quarter), yellow ochre.
