[nr TELEGRAPH —rRESS ASSOCIATION] CHRIBTCHURCH, Friday Tho annual convention of tho Y.M.C.A. discussed finance this morning, the general opinion being that more contributions wore necessary. The value of holding street days was stressed. Mr. J. L. Hay, of Christchurch, who was appointed national president, was formerly secretary of the Wellington branch.
