ITALIAN PLAN ACCEPTED READY FOR COLLABORATION EQUAL RIGHTS AND FREEDOM NOTHING MORE WANTED By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (Received March 24, 7.55 p.m.) BERLIN, March 23 An important statement was made by tho Chancellor, Herr Hitler, in a reference to foreign affairs in his speech in the Ileichstag to-day. Herr Hitler said: " Wo accept Signor Mussolini's far-sighted peace plan and are ready sincerely and peacefully to collaborate with Britain, France and Italy. " We earnestly desire to avoid an crease in arms. Germany wants nothing more than equal rights and equal freedom. " We are ready to stretch out our hands in a spirit of understanding to each nation which is prepared to wipe the slate clean of the sad past. We are convinced that agreements could bo reached with Franco if the problems were tackled vigorously."
