MYSTERIOUS TIBET

FASCINATING TRAVEL FILM After two years' activity on one of the most ambitious films undertakings since the advent of sound, Walter A. Futter has announced the completion of negotiations with United Artists for world-wide release of a romatic adventure picture, tentatively titled " Jade." Futter, noted independent producer of features such as " Africa • Speaks," and the short subjects, " Curiosities " and " Travelaughs," has kept secret for two years in filming of " Jade," which has much of its locale in mysterious parts of Asia never before penetrated by the white man. According to the producers, who made the Asiatic adventure feature following the success of " Africa Speaks," an unusually dramatic story has been woven into the story of " Jade." The expedition travelled throughout India and trekked inio districts of mysterious Tibet that were believed inaccessible. In bringing the unique drama'to the screen, more than 200,000 ft. of film were shot in Medura, Delhi, Benares, Kashmir, Amber, Jaipur, the Himalayan Mountains, the Valley of the Lamas and other fabled spots in Asia. The picture includes some of the most thrilling wild animal scenes ever brought to the screen.
